The benefits of Diatomaceous Earth

Recently my mother introduced me into a very beneficial supplement. This supplement is called diatomaceous earth. Diatomaceous earth offers an alternative method for detoxing your body, one that is cheap, simple, and effective. It doesn't require fasting or foul-tasting health food, and many people have used it with great success. As it passes through your system, it absorbs harmful toxins and it does this without requiring you to change your diet or lifestyle. So how would you know that you need to detox? Everyday we are exposed to harmful toxins which food additives. For the most part, our bodies are really good at cleaning up pollutants like these on their own, but sometimes they need a little extra help, and that's where detoxing comes in. If you chronically suffer from any of the symptoms listed, it's probably time to detox your body. These problems are as follows: food cravings, inflammation, Restless sleeping, Ford Focus, fatigue, skin rashes, constipation, diarrhea, bloating, gas, mood swings, headaches, weight gain, body odor or bad breath, allergies, and aches and pains. In order to detox your body with diatomaceous earth, please use the following steps. Step 1 take 1 tsp of food-grade diatomaceous earth with water once a day. Best one hour before or two hours after eating. Step 2 drink an additional cup of water after each dose. Step 3 over the next few weeks, slowly raise your dose from 1 to 2 teaspoons. One in the morning and one at night. Step 4 keep well hydrated during the day. Also you may want to cut back on greasy Foods, refined carbs, and refined sugars. If you feel headaches and flu-like symptoms, do not be alarmed, this is the toxins leaving your body. You should start to feel more energy and have a better General Health.
